Will Kramer Commander USN Retired, USNA Class of 1978
Will grew up in Perth Amboy and graduated from Perth Amboy High School before entering the US Naval Academy in 1974. He majored in International Security Affairs and was a member of the Varsity Sailing Team for all four years. Upon graduation, Will entered the Surface Warfare community where he served aboard a variety of ships and staffs both on Active Duty and then in the Navy Reserve until retiring in 2005. His deployments included Beirut Lebanon in 1983 and the Persian Gulf in the 1990’s.
In his civilian career, Will worked in the Aerospace and Defense Industry for GE, Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems and others on a wide variety of systems for the Navy and the remainder of the Armed Forces. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Will became a Blue and Gold Officer in 1990 while living in Western Massachusetts and has continued serving in that role since then.
Earl Mosely USMC, USNA Class of 1978
Originally from New York, Earl graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School and entered the United States Naval Academy with the class of 1978. He majored in International Security Affairs while at the Naval Academy. Earl opted to join the United States Marine Corps upon graduation. He served as an artillery officer and was on the ground in Saudi Arabia for Operation Desert Storm/Shield. He was called to respond to the 9/11 attack as a Liaison to FEMA and was also on call for Hurricane Katrina.
He has been active as a Blue and Gold Officer covering parts of Ocean County. He has taught at Monsignor Donovan High School, Principal at Grace and Peace Academy, and worked in Long Branch School system supporting pre-school and after-school programs. He has been teaching at Brick Memorial High School for over 15 years in the social studies/history department. In addition, he is the District Anti-Bullying Coordinator and advisor to the Mayor’s Student Advisory Committee.
Pat Hurley Naval Aviator, Mission Commander, USNA Class of 1987
Naval Aviator – Helicopters – Maritime Strike, designated aircraft and mission commander
Deployments include the Persian Gulf War on board the USS Ticonderoga as part of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Battle Group, flying more than 60 combat contingency missions in support of Operation Desert Storm
Elected to two terms on the Summit, NJ City Council, serving as Chairman of Public Safety, President Pro-tem, and Deputy Mayor
Founding (2004) and current president of the Naval Academy Alumni Association New Jersey Chapter

25 years of private sector experience, including 10 years at Goldman Sachs in Global Operations and the Office of Global Security
